Yes. Every site is designed to look great on phones, tablets, and desktops. Guests just open your link, with no app and no login needed.
Standard and Full packages use an RSVP via Google Forms, so responses are collected in Google and you can view them in a Google Sheet anytime.
The Personalized RSVP (an add-on, and included in Premium as Smart RSVP) is a custom page in your theme. Guests confirm their attendance there, and responses are recorded in a Google Sheet. It can also use an editable guest list and a person limit.
