Our Story

Love & Crafts was born from a young student's deep passion for coding and design. With a natural drive for creativity, a business-oriented mindset, and a love for crafting beautiful things, she was already building something long before she had a name for it.

The spark that started it all? Her brother's proposal to his fiancée. With digital invitations growing more in demand, she saw an opportunity — not just for business, but to become a part of people's most special moments. And just like that, Love & Crafts began.

Since then, she has poured her heart into every single project, earning her web designer certification along the way and continuing to grow — one love story at a time.

🎨 Designed from scratch—no templates used. Built entirely with HTML, CSS & JavaScript for a smooth, modern experience.

Booking & Payment Policy

Downpayment: A 50% non-refundable downpayment is required to secure your slot and begin the design process.

Final Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full before the final website link is published and turned over to you.

Refunds: Payments are strictly non-refundable once the initial design or drafting process has commenced.

Submission of Materials

Production Timeline: Work will only begin once ALL necessary details (photos, final text, entourage list, event schedule, venue links) are fully submitted.

Photo Quality: Please submit high-resolution images for the best result. We highly recommend organizing them in a shared Google Drive folder.

Turnaround Time

Digital Invitations: 2 to 5 business days.
Full Website Packages: 1 to 4 business days.
Premium Packages: 2 to 3 weeks (business days).
(Timeline begins only after all materials are received.)

Rush Orders: A 1–2 day turnaround is subject to a ₱350 rush fee and depends on slot availability.

Revisions & Content Changes

Included Revisions: Unlimited minor revisions (swapping a photo, fixing typos, changing color scheme, updating a song).

Major Changes: Significant structural redesigns after work has started will incur an additional fee of ₱150 per request.

Accuracy: Please double-check all names, dates, and addresses before submission. We are not liable for errors in the text provided.

Website & Link Hosting Duration

Access Period: Your digital invitation or website link will remain live and active for 1 to 3 months following the date of your event, after which it will be automatically deactivated.
